Japanese speaking Travel Coordinator
– Full-Time / Part-Time
Location: Malta
We are a well-established Destination Management Company (DMC) based in Malta, specializing in tailor-made travel experiences for Japanese and international clients.
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Japanese speaking Travel Coordinator to join our passionate and dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and create customized travel itineraries for individuals, groups, and corporate clients
• Arrange accommodation, transportation, guides, and activities
• Communicate with local suppliers and service providers to ensure smooth operations
• Provide on-site support for clients (e.g., airport pickups, guided tours, emergency assistance)
• Liaise with Japanese travel agencies and ensure top-quality customer service
• Translate or assist in Japanese/English when necessary
Ideal Candidate:
• Passionate about travel and hospitality
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Fluent in Japanese and English (written and spoken)
• Previous experience in the travel industry or customer service preferred
• Familiarity with Malta and its culture is a plus
Employment Type:
