St. Anne Chapel

Fort St. Elmo is a star-shaped fortress. Located at the tip of Valletta, a world heritage town built by the Knights of St. John, it is a beautiful place.

It towers over the Mediterranean Sea. During the Great Siege of Malta in 1565, It played a major role in protecting Malta.

 

​ St. Anne's Church inside St. Elmo's Fort decorates a page in Malta's history. An important church that the Knights of St. John risked their lives to protect until the end.
